Dayz lagging, i can run the game and its not due to my connection! Help please

i can run the game, my connection is really good and when i go on dayz its lags at the menu and multiplayer, i never had this problem before, it happens on every server, i reinstalled my game it didnt help.

also i have played dayz before and i didnt have this problem it just started happening.

Yep i am having this same problem, thing is I have 2 pcs that are used to play dayz, one is fine with no lag on low ping servers, the other one lags horribly on the same servers, tried multiple servers same thing, and when you quit to menu the main menu lags up too.

Ok I have solved this issue for me at least (if anyone cares), it seems if you alt-tab to desktop then back into the game the lag disappears! Why this should work is beyond me but hey.
