**Which WhiteList Tool should I use? (non-dedicated server)

Hi guys,

Need a bit of advice really, I've been searching for some whitelisting tools but so far the only ones I can find have to be run server side. This isnt possible for me as I'm on a shared box and am not allowed to run programs like this on it, the only way for my to use whitelisting would be via a program run from my PC desktop (via RCON).

I am using Gotcha from my PC, but I've heard some bad reports about its whitelisting taking 20 mintues to check the GUID's etc etc.

Is there any WhiteList tools that anyone can recommend which would suit my requirements?
