Getting back into DayZ

Hi All,

I want to get back into DayZ. Last time I updated my DayZ files was when the file version were in 1.6.X series and I also was required to update the ArmA II to a beta executable. I think this was due to the gamma / brightness exploiters at night and the beta fixed / addressed that an improve things needed for 1.6.X series update.

I see Alpha 1.7.2.6 is now available, do I need to do anything else to my Steam or base ArmA II files to get 1.7.2.6 going?

Just use DayZCommander to update it and you should be fine. Also make sure your ArmA II and OA Are up to date, including the OA Beta Patch. :)
