Darkehfromwk 0 Posted October 29, 2012 This is getting rather annoying, As the title says, There is a game ruining bug out there, And I've checked, there's a ton of other topic posts out there about this, But non have a solution..DescriptionYou join a game, Works fine, Right? Wrong. Around 30 seconds to five minutes into the game you get a yellow chain icon. And then a window pops up "No message received for ten seconds" And it rises from there.And no, This is not a server restart or anything, and yeah, my internet is fine, It's the Game.How do i know? Last time i checked, all the Day Z servers don't Restart simultaneously and stay on a restart cycle for the rest of eternity. Really, guys, this is Game ruining, You can't play the game with this bug. So please, if Anyone here had a solution, Enlighten me.(If you want a Video or something, Go to youtube, And search "No message received DayZ" You're bound to find one. And there isn't much the DayZ team can do about it. DayZ is just a mod. If there's a connection issue such as this, it'll have something to do with the base game. i.e. ArmA 2.What's your ping on entry to the server? If it only happens on every 1 in 3 servers or something like that it's probably a hive issue. There are so many different hives out there with a bunch of servers interlinked on the same one. Make sure you're trying out different hosts, different hives etc. If the regular DayZ hive is down, you'll hear about it on the forums (obviously). liamcz@hotmail.com 98 Posted October 30, 2012 Possibly an anti-spyware/firewall etc. could be interfering with BattleEye? Maybe try with your firewall/antivirus deactivated and ensure you run as administrator. BattleEye could possibly be having trouble with connecting to it's main database and your firewall is simply blocking it and you are being disconnected from the game. Also make sure you've updated both your clientside and serverside BattleEye Dynamic Link Libraries. Not sure. Worth a try though. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
