Really weird behavior

Hello DayZ crew!

Once I've ask for help and noone of you replyed me... sad, also i can see my old thread about "Infinite Receiving data status bar"

I'm getting this problem almost on every game server, EXCEPT 2 norway servers... there were few others, but i dont remember their name.

Those norways servers are hold by the same host and use same beta patch (usually latest stable)

I've also noticed that the "joining process" is a little bit different on those servers.

Can u tell me plz how can i fix that issue?

I've already tried, cleaning misson files from documents and settings, reinstalling dayz and i've checked game files with steam several times....

and here's a really weird bug, that i;ve seen on FL server:
