Private hive advice

I am looking at installing a private hive server and would appreciate any advice on which one to install - I am looking for something that is:

Simple to install

Preferably a server I can run and configure using TCAdmin

A server that I can spawn multiple vehicles (including choppers)

A server that I can also spawn high grade weapons and loot

TIA

edit: oh, and be able to change map easily :)
