Best private hive. USA

Once I found a private hive I never looked back. The game has been far more enjoyable the last month or two. My only problem is the admins in the private hive I was playing in hoard items off map and even spawn all the choppers at their base in debug. I delt with it long enough and the final straw was when my tents started disappearing on a regular basis. There was no way for me to stock up on items with tents disappearing and hackers teleporting all vehicles every few days. I have tried looking for a new server but I am pretty picky on what I am looking for. If you have any suggestions I am up for trying.

What I would like in a server.

1. Little to no night-time

2. Steady server population of atleast 20

3. Prefer servers with more than the standard vehicle amount

4. Admins who are not spawning in items and basically playing God over the whole server.
