Misfires due to accidentally touching my touchpad

As the title says, does anyone know a setting I can use to disable touchpad ONLY while I'm in game?

I am almost certain someone will post "don't touch the keypad" as a solution :P

But seriously, anyone know if it is possible?

I know literally nothing about laptops but I'll have a go anyway. If you go into control panel can you disable it there? If not use the McGyver approach and tape a coaster over it.

Your laptop probably has a ''FN'' button right? Now look at the top of your keyboard at the f1-f12 row, at one of the buttons there is probably a little pictogram of a touchpad with a line through it. Press that button and your touchpad will be disabled, press it again and it will turn on again
