Random Lag Issue

I have been playing Dayz with relative ease over the last few weeks. However; as of yesterday, a big problem has risen. I joined my regular server, and noticed a LONG load time. By long, I mean 15-20 minutes just to get in. Once in the server, everything is very laggy. It is actually unplayable to this point because of it. Thinking it was the server, I joined another. The exact same thing happened...I thought it may just be a chance happening that I got it on that server to, so I joined another. The same thing happened again.

So far I have:

1. Reinstalled the game.

2. Re patched

3. Re installed Dayz

4. Re installed BattleEye

Is this a normal thing? Is there a fix? is everyone experiencing this? This just randomly happened out of no where, I changed nothing. Anyone have a suggestion?
