Remote character wipe

It seems to be a growing problem with the hour glass bug. People die and respawn with the hour glass and unable to do any thing. It seems the character needs to be wiped. Can we introduce a remote wipe option. Enter in our character name and introduce a password system (maybe tie it to your forums accout?). I think with this growing problem, it could ended up being some time before people have their accounts reset as well as bogging down Dev time with having to handle this.

I would like to see that functionality added into the forums. Being able to check your stats and what not, as well as being able to reset your character through the User CP would be convenient. Though it would be a pain in the ass to make.
