Network issue

Hello great dayz forum i have weird problem with my internet i hope you can help me resolve, everytime i log in to a game it does not matter wich one i get a ping well over the 200 and sometimes it spikes my up to 2000 or 3000.

I have a 10/2 MB so that could not be an issue this problem has been persistant for 3 days now. my internet speed is fine and my download speed is steady at 1 mb and my ping outside of games is around 45 or 60

My computer uses a wireless USB adaptor, but that has not been an issue before.
