Got Instance ID - Active - Everthing done but server is offline!

Yesterday i got my instance ID (finally after 25 days!!!!) so i put my server file in the right folder, changed everthing in the server.cfg file.

But the server still dosent pop up in the dayzcommander list, neither i can connect if i add it to favourites.

it seems like the server is offline, but it says "started" in my web interface. (www.nitrado.net) is my hoster.

what did I do wrong?

Contact your hoster? Or do you have root access?
