Bandicam help

I have fraps but only free so no good for footage..and i am a buttscab so free is best :) I grabbed Bandicam and had a quick muck around with it filming my desktop but that is all at this stage ..yeh i'm hardcore.

So anything i should know before i attempt to get it going in game ? Do i launch dayz first then Bandi and simply press my set key to film and record ? Is it that simple or will i need to set it up specifically to work with dayz /TS/ Direct.

I normally search this type of stuff all out but if their is a proven and tested way i figuire someone here can save me some time :)

load the game then bandicam start recording when your ready and set up a file to collect the videos after that I picked up that AVS video editor its free and works fine with fraps give that a shot bloat.
