Starting a DayZ Private Server on a purchased server?

Bought a nfoserver VDS/machine and wanted to start a private hive, i managed to get a small version working on my own pc but we bought this so that we may be able to handle more players. But now i cant seem to figure out how to get a dayz server up and going on this since i cant run a bat file anymore to start the server :/ The only thing i have accesed is the ftp and the small control panel. What do i do?

Please help :]

PS: Also got the Arma OA up and going, it works and we can join the server.
