Game freezes then un freezez

Recommended Posts

So I havent played much Dayz in the past week due to Mists of Pokemon. I want to play tonight so I jump on a random server. Somethings odd but I don't find out until im on the beach. My game will freeze up, like its loading and then unfreeze and i can move around. Low ping. High FPS. Then BAM freezes for about 10 seconds then im ok for another 10 and then it freezes again for 10 seconds and then the game plays normally for another 10. I've tried abuot 7 different servers all with the same problem so it is on my end. My internet is clear, no downloads or anything. What could be causing this?!?!?! its horrifying obnoxious.

Hard drive issues?

I play dayz mod in ramdisk.

Google it, or download a free ramdisk make a 400MB ramdrive. Start it.

Move your dayz folder to it. Change launch setting to find were it is.

I'm still having momentary freezes while playing. I have a newer machine and I have DayZ running on an SSD drive. Still cannot understand why this is happening. I have updated drivers and read every tweak guide I could (even though there are not many for ArmA2 or DayZ).

My system Specs:
