Humanity suggestion

Hey all first post, love this game/ mod already

(i think it deserves game status)

Anyway, don't know if this is possible or if people would like the idea but here goes:

Loot spawn directly affected by humanity :- survivors have a slightly higher chance that resources spawn ie: food, soda, vehicle parts etc (but not ammo) making scavanging their primary way of collecting resources and surviving.

Bandits on the other hand have a slightly lower chance of resources spawning ie: less food, water, vehicle parts etc meaning their primary way of collecting resources is to rob/ kill survivors.

If it was implemented correctly I think it would promote both playstyles well and still maintain the core of dayz.

Thoughts and suggestions ?
