I think every hosting company has this. i do know www.Vilayer.com have a management mod for your cars and heli's aswell as a spawn rate ect for their private hives

I no longer use HFB but when I did use them they were awesome unlike Survival Servers which was horrible. I now just run my own server and I'm very happy.
