Description (Please read, explains quality):

A friend was telling me that he was being shot at by an M107 on another server, at Elektro. I ran there, hopped server to counter snipe for him.. The server was laggy as hell, and had recruit settings, so I had to turn my settings down to minimum to get more than 10 fps. And then this.
