They aren't really worth anything good TBH. Not that hard to find.

Antibiotics is probably the hardest thing to find , so mZLY is lying .

And the tempature does work but it only happens when you're standing in the rain for to long or beeing in the ocean for long /boat or in the custom maps standing in the snow. Best way to avoid getting sick is use a heatpack everytime you find one attleast that's why i do and i never got sick. My friend doesn't do this and get's sick all the time.
