Hi all,

First of all, I apologise because my english is not perfect, just tell me if there is something you don't understand.

We are proud to present our new server that is now opened to euro players : Uthexa.

Here are the new changes we added on our server :

Weapons

- Weapons that can be found in the game fit to the localisation of Chernarus (mainly russian weapons). Even if the basic equipment is easy to find, it is a lot harder to find "military" weapons.

- Removed DMR,AS50,FNFAL,MP5,M240,MK48.

- Added many russian weapons.

- Weapons with grenade launcher now accepting american grenades

- Some weapons can now be found with only one magazine (RPG for example)

- There are only 2 helicopter crashes remaining on the server, an american one that drops advanced american weapons, a russian one that drops advanced russian weapons

- There is another system like heli crash represented by supplies dropped by parachute

Vehicles:

- Shortage of fuel is a reality in Chernarus! Kamaz vehicle (tanker lorry you can't control) have been deployed on the map in "logic" places by the government when contamination began, their stock are limited and are randomly filled up by a script, not at server reboot. People have to fight for that precious resource.

- It is now possible to "steal" weels from other vehicles, but success rate depends on damage :

For a new wheel (0% damage) 100% success

For a low damaged wheel (20% dmg) 20% success

Over 20% dmg, wheel can't be stolen

- Replaced UH1H with Mi17.

- New quad capacity is now : 20 inventory slots, 2 weapons slots, 1 backpack

- You can now right the quad.

- Added "Fuel tube" tool to siphon off the fueltank from other cars.

- You now need a toolbox to repair vehicles

- It is now possible to check fuel level on vehicles.

Objects:

- The whole loot table has been changed!!!

- More than 20 new clothes have been implemented, they can be found in buildings that fits to their characteristics (civilian clothing in civilian buildings, military clothing in heli crash...)

- added arms cache: (30 inventory slots, 5 weapons slots, 0 bag slot)

- added ammunition cache: (50 inventory slots, 0 weapons slots, 0 bag slot)

- Added "Camouflage net" for vehicles

- Alice pack has now 16 slots

- Czeck Backpack has now 20 slots

- 4 new bags available

Events :

- Events are often organised : zombies hunt, race, etc... Winners get a price AND points they can use to modify their vehicle color, buy a unique character skin, buying stuff, fuel...

Zombies :

- Difficulty has been increased against zombies and environment, our goal is to extend the life expectancy of the game, we are currently working on increasing danger represented by zombies

Recent fixes :

- Sa58 can now be found with AKM ammunition instead of Sa58 ammunition (both magazines remains compatible)

- Added ammunition for winchester

- Corrected a bug affecting "fuel tubes" that did not appear

- Helicopter crashes should give more coherent objects

Other :

- In order to prevent alt+F4, a clone stays in game for 1 minute after player disconnects, this clone can be attacked and killed.

Server Rules and description

Dayz Uthexa Server (v.1.7.2.6)

This is a “veteran” server, it is independent from the official Dayz network.

Setup :

- Time : UTC -1

- Vehicule : Yes, saved

- Tent : Yes, saved

- Third person camera : Yes

- Cross hair : No

- Player situation on the map: No

- Bullet trajectory : No

- Players and vehicle names : No

- General chat channel : No

- Auto reboot : 7:30am – 12:30pm- 4:30pm – 8:30 pm – 2:30am

Rules :

- No hack ! One coincidence can happen… two and you get banned

- Try not to shoot on disarmed people

- Vehicles and tents outside of the map will be deleted after every server reboot.

- The server has many changes, please read the changelog before your first logging attempt.

New players – Subscriptions:

Status: Opened

- Subscription on the forum is necessary if you want to play on the server! You must fill your ID and the player name on your profile

- Server is password protected and runs through a “White list”

- If you want your ID to be added to our database, please post your application

How to play on Uthexa server

I) Post your application on our forum dayz.uthexa.fr (don't forget to give your player ID)

II) Install the mod

Down the latest version of Uthexa Mod here

1/Extract the archive in the game folder (you should see the Dayz folder if you are in the right place)

2/ Use DAYZ UTHEXA.bat to launch the game
