DayZ staff is not issuing these bans, and they cannot remove a global BattleEye ban. If you did not use hacks, contact BattleEye about it. As far as I know, false positive for this hack detection is not even possible, so if you got a global ban, you most likely deserved it.You should had thought twice before using the hacks.
