That has to be a hacker, right?

We killed him 3 times, he respawned with the same gear within 1 minute after dying.

Looks like it may be a hacker. Do you play somewhere where you can contact the admins? If not then I strongly suggest you find somewhere you can. That way you can quickly get them banned.

In that case it's definatley time to move on. if they have a recruitment page why not post your concerns there? if you get any grief from them gimme a shout.

Cool, good luck. As a general rule try and find ones that have their own forums, it means people that play on the servers (including the admins) are more accountable.
