Vilayer service ticket for Instance IDs/misc problems

Hello all!

I've got a couple of questions for those admins out there that use Vilayer for hosting a managed server:

- Once your server was up and running, did you have to send in a support ticket to get an instance ID? Right now, my server says it is "unofficial" and not connected to the hive. It also has a generic server name: "DayZChernarus"...

- If you have put in a support ticket with Vilayer, how long did it take to for them to respond to you?

12 Hours. I'm currently in the vl TS Server and they're acting like there is no problem. Here is my response to my support ticket.

Chernarus is being worked on presently, I would suggest using a different map for the time being.

Thanks for the reply... what's the Teamspeak server address that you were on with the technician? Have they resolved your problem yet?
