please help me how do i install dayz non steam?

ok i got a 200 us gift card from a local gamestore i purchased combined operations with it the cd key want work on steam so i had to install it from there. How do i do it???

google and much of youtube is banned in my country if you have any ideas i like to see it step by step my situation sucks im lucky i even got to purchase arma 2 i saw it and jumped on it fast..
