Need a tactical, experienced clan

I have been playing dayz for 2 and a half months now and have only ever played with one clan. It was terrible. If we got shot at everyone would start shouting over each other and spazzing out and running in different directions until the inevitable slaughter. I am looking for a clan to join that plays tactically and is experienced in the game.

Facts about me -

- I am a hero but will PK if i need to or if i want gear

- I play tactically and always watch out for possible threats

- Im not stupid. I wont go running into a fire station of military base without thoroughly checking it first.

- I am 14 years old but am mature and if my voice is annoying I can use a voice changer.

- I have been playing for two and a half months and have quite a lot of experience.

- I am well stocked with gear so I will not be a burden to a clan that does not want to waste time getting me gear
