Scripter on Orcon NZ02

Playing on NZ 02 [Orcon] on 21/10/12 @ 1450 NZDT approx.

Entire server had been teleported to the coast by Balotta, I disconnected and came back 20 minutes later to see what had happened. Found some people looting a scripted crate (they were not scripting - I learnt later), and decided to deal with anyone benefiting when I had to risk my neck multiple times to get my weapons and kit.

Scripter was eventually located and he dealt to me.

For clarity, I retrieved the satchel from the scripted box with the intention of dealing to those two. That's when I decided to record from.

I was a victim of that asshole and his kent bum chum mate on the same server today at the same time, sociopaths never cease to dissappoint, I'd been alive for 5 days also. Just when I thought those little assholes had focused on school again, boy was I wrong in thinking they would ever get bored.

Edit: That look suspiciously like the motorcycle I found legit, had flames and all, that and the ATV I pinched from a scripter camp the other night went missing, but for some reason they didn't take my tractor... wasn't full repaired though.

YEAH has been at it for quite some time, he goes under different names but I've seen both his 'compassionate' give-you-stuff side and his 'vindictive' kill-all-the-bambis side.

Any time a hacker offers me a goodie box or a vehicle, I politely decline. It's the best chance I have of living through the exchange (although some scripters get annoyed that you are shunning their advances and do you in) but also keeps the DayZ experience pure. That said, I show no mercy to those who indulge in the leftover spoils of the scripters. I destroy every hacker tent and every script box I find and I will kill anyone I find taking items from them.

My Beans to you sir i can not see the fun in having everything at your feet you soon get bored and become a troll bandit. I am not an Angel i have in the past grabed goodies from the Script Kiddies but the novelty wears off i too decline and tell them that they are spoiling the game for the True Survivors out there. Enjoy the game for what it is you will be suprised how much fun you can have and the raw Rush when you do find that prized loot anyway as promised :beans:

That is the essence of DayZ right there. That surge of adrenalin when you risk your life in the pursuit of a goal; be it a rescue, a rare item, or combat. In real life, I've been in some really dangerous situations (not combat) and there is something about that sensation of risk that no game has ever come close to... until DayZ. Which is why I play, despite the hacking edit: scripting.
