New to this game, been playing it like a fiend for a month now. Would like to get a decent sniper. I have hung out at Stary and spent a little time at the airfield and havent found this rifle yet. Dont have much to offer back. PM me if you can help.

Theres no free milk and cookies in Dayz, you need to hit the sticks and start looking in deerstands, they still have a 0.19% drop rate, exactly the same a stary and only a little under the 0.23% of the baracks. Keep a keen eye out for camps while your at it, I would say 2 out of 3 DMR I have found have been sitting in tents.

i was lucky enough when i first started out to head up to rog and find a dead bandit with one on him and a pickup truck with a as-50 in the gear
