Help! Spawned on coast with nothing!

I lost an AS50 TWS (Not hacker, found in a massive tent complex. I kept it because I feel I rightfully found it, and if I'm correct, they used to be in the game but never removed from those who still had them, so it could be legit) M16A2 M203, Coyote pack, Mountain Dew and cooked meat, blood packs, etc.. Is there anyway to get it back? The first server I logged into before this happened (which probably caused it) was US 843.

Your body will be where you logged out before dying, but only on the server where you died, and only untill the server next restarts (or someone else finds and cleans up your deceased corpse).

See it as a fresh start, without illigal gear.
