Screen Freezes in Multiplayer Browser

Basically I will get a 1-2 second screen freeze every 3 seconds only in the browser.

It happens when I click on Remote and try to directly connect to any server.

Then it started happening without using Remote.

Rig-

7850 2GB

i7 920 3.8 Ghz

12gb Ram

w7 64 bit

Not overheating at all, 30-40 degrees in CCC.

Could this problem be on Gamespy's end or?

edit: The server i'm trying to join is called "private hive [100 vehicles] active admins" without quotations, my friend is there but I can't find it D:
