Im finding it hard to belive no one knows what Full Screen Windowed Mode is... Alot of games support this

It is basicly windowed mode but you cannot see the frame of the window because its full screen. It helps for streaming and you can turn v-sync off as it is not used in Windowed Mode (For some people full screen with v-sync off is unplayable)
