2 Questions about the Hero skin

I just read the article about the Hero skin in the DayZ wiki and now I have 2 questions about it:

The Wiki says that you have a bullet proof west of class 1 as a Hero ( not sure if you use that class system in the US too but it means it blocks 9mm bullets). Do you really have that west ?

If you have that west: Is it still working when you wear a Ghillie suit ?

it's not really an actual vest, think of it more a perk that provides protection against small arms, should work with a ghillie. Not much help really as you shouldnt be getting taken down by a mak when youre a hero anyway...

not working with the ghillie, i say that cause i run at the same speed of a non-hero buddy. and makarov, g17,m9,and mp5 i think aren't weapons someone will fire to a man's body
