MUST SEE, HELP

I have really big problem, when i play on random servers, i connect ( it takes long but i dont mind it ) but when i play every like 20 - 40 secs, my game freezes for about 5 seconds. It doesnt matter if I play on high normal or low, it does the same, the game is perfectly normal but it gets unplayable, ( e.g. i am killing zombies when it does that and i start bleeding etc..., Someone is shooting at me it freezes and i get killed ) My PC should handle normal - low graphics

Something about my pc ( if thats the problem ) :

Processor : Dual core 3.01 GHz

Ram : 2 GB

Graphics card : Nvidia Geforce 9600 gt

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Please help

i guess its your Pc because 2gb Ram .... DAMN
