Not Exactly Sure What Happened Here...

So I was on a server with, I believe, just one other player. I was in Stary Sober and I found a vehicle. It was busted up as shit. Busted fuel tank. Busted engine. No tires. No gas. Fucked up hull. No windshield. Everything was torched. I went around looking for parts to fix it with. Found one tire and a windshield (and that was after searching around for about 45 minutes). I finally logged off to go have a smoke. I was gone for maybe fifteen minutes. Maybe. I logged back onto that same server. This time, there was nobody on it. I checked back where I had found the vehicle. Gone. The bear trap that I had laid by the driver's side door was also gone. I concluded that there was no way in bloody hell the ONE OTHER PLAYER on that server had found the vehicle, repaired it, fueled it up, gotten his legs broken by the bear trap, and driven away. So what I'm wondering here is if server resets, relocate vehicles (yes, I did save the vehicle...multiple times actually)? If not, then can anybody else give me an explanation as to what the hell happened?

Hackers may have joined while you were out? If the server restarted it may have just been a bug.

I love everyones first response, "Must have been hackers!".

Hackers can teleport around, Why would they bother fixing up a car? I would guess the server restarted while you were gone.

More than likely it was a server reset
