WTF ban

That's my story: First my steam forced me to update my ARMA 2, ARMA 2 OA and ARMA 2 CO. Then I cannot play only the Combined Operations with the message: ''This game is currently unavailable (application running)''. I reinstalled the game and installed the last beta patch and i still couldn't log in. Then I went to my steam directory and logged with the Beta shortcut to play Dayz, all fine. But when i tried to log on any server i receive:

You were kicked off the game: (battleye: global ban #xxxxxxx)

I know that the Dayz staff can not do anything, but I still can join any battleye server on ARMA 2 and ARMA 2 OA without the Dayz mod.

Anyone know how to solve the ''This game is currently unavailable (application running)''?

And can the battleye ban me only on Dayz servers? That's not a global ban...
