How does the humanity system work?

Hey ive been playing dayz for about a month now and never have fully understoo the humanity system works (i know that below 0 humanity you get bandit, and over 5k you get hero skin). How do you increase / decrease it? can you tell me every single way how to increase / decrease? thanks. (sorry if i posted in wrong placE)

If you have over 5k you become a Hero, if you have below -2k you become a bandit.

You loose Humanity if you hit someone and you loose the ammount of humanity a person had when you killed him/her

(E.g. you kill a guy with 1250 Humanity, you loose 1250 Humanity)

You gain Humanity by healing other Players, here's the ammounts:

Blood Bag - 250, Bandage - 20, Painkillers - 20, Morphine - 50.

I think if they shoot and hit you, but you end up killing them, you don't loose humanity.
