Vehicles self repairing when you get out ... is there a script that stops this?

Is there a script thats stops vehicles from self repairing when you get out ( as far as I can see, all of them are doing this )? A friend has a new-ish, managed private server, and Im trying to find out how to stop this from happening.

I've played on another private hive that has this "fixed" or w/e ...

w0w ... bravo ... couldnt have dropped a link or an actual helpful suggestion, and skipped the condescending reply, huh? ... fuckin brilliant.

Obviously used google, and have been on tunngle for awhile ... wasnt finding what I was looking for, so I came here as well.
