Seems I was on a bit of a lucky streak tonight. In one, 4 hour play session I looted the following:

DMR + 5 full mags

G17 + 3 full mags

Ghillie Suit

Coyote Backpack

Lots of food/beverages

Lots of medical supplies

Now if I could only get a pair of NVGs and a vehicle. I feel like I will be ready to go on some serious rescue/medic missions.

Where did you get all of the gear?

Got the G17 from a deer stand, the DMR from a different deer stand, the ghillie suit from a castle ruin, and the coyote backpack from the barracks at the NW Airfield.

Yeah, upgrading to the coyote after running around with a damn assault pack was a big relief.
