Day-Z Utes server errors

So I've had a working public Chernarus server forever without much issue. Recently I've been interested in setting up an Utes server. I took down the Chernarus server, and altered it to what I think an Utes server should be. I must be missing something, because anybody trying to join gets the following error:

The directories vary depending on where ArmA is installed, but the files are always the same. All the Day-Z PBO files. Not sure what to do.
