Looking to start a team of hoarders

I'm looking to start up a team of people who like to compile as many weapons, vehicles, and supplies as posable in tents and basically make a huge campsite. No bandits please or at least don't kill team members.

Requirements:

must have skype with a working mic

must know general geography

must get along with current group members (currently 8 people in our group)

and must in general not be a dick

also preferably somewhat constant player (about 2-3 days in a week)
