After playing this mod for three weeks now, I can say that not once have I grew tired of being killed on sight and have been actively friendly, despite all the paranoia that goes through everyone.

It's a hard life in the world of DayZ to be friendly that only shoots when the hostile party is... Well... Obviously hostile. It holds a much more satisfying game experience in my opinion however.

That feeling of betrayel when a suppose friend shoots you in the back without saying another word if you could hear another word. That feeling of satisfaction when you do meet with another honest to good survivor and you eventually become friends on Steam or some other way. That feeling caution and alertness you get when you DO see someone and the horror you get when you know THEY saw you first.

Love it, it's the best thing. Yeah, I had my share of angry moments when I first started off, especially upon dying on my 12th day living. Now though, I'm used to it and appreciate what every moment happens in this mod. May it be something negative or positive.

Yet despite all the people killing others, bandits luring people into their demise, and just players shooting anything that moves. I still play as a friendly survivor.

I must be crazy. I'll be the first to be killed when this actually occurs. =P

I have an idea... If you are a friendly survivor, and never will kill another survivor (unless out of self defense, then I guess they would be considered bandits...) then add a tag after you name... What should the tag be?
