my player keeps resetting issue :(

hello all

im still kinda new to the dayz world but having some player resetting issues

i was told i could jump servers and keep all my stuff but when i do it resets me and even when i go back to the same server it still resets me but other times i can jump a server and keep my stuff and then i get reset again so whats going on? please help
