I'm not too sure about the Makarov though, because I'm positive I shoot zeds in the head with it and they still don't die.Yeah it's a headshot kill..... anything is... though i have seen scripters (Hackers is not the right word) use things witch allows them to fire the Makarov or such and it launches .50 cals... or busses, sheep, cows.... will admit the flying cows were funny as hell!
