Because helos too valuable to just stay on spawn and wait for another lonely technician unwatched. So Am i really narrowminded? So, if you die too often you need to switch your personal noob mode off and find a possibilities to survive. He banned us on his server. Now noobs banned .50 cal.And, like i said, you're missed in all of your assupmtions.My longest "life" was 55 or 56 days, most kills i get with enfield and mk48, my humanity is 3300 (peak was 19800+), i don't care about number of frags and was killed because plain surviving is boring. Drunk, serious situation now. Wowbandy and Brando and adolf shitler "teleported" to my camp and mail's camp. I know they done this because they find out camp in less than 30 minutes. Wowbandy has 3 hours on the server, Adolf Shiter has 3 hours too. brando 40 minutes. How they walked more than 10km from the coast (if they go in a straight line, and they can only do this if they got the camp cords), killed mail (mail was full geared). I mean, this is bullshit. Take a look at the logs, we build our camp in 4 weeks for some fucker destroy it all in 10 minutes? Probably hackers. There is vehicles closer to the start, but they disappear fast, since ppl find em fast. But i am gonna do alittle cleanup, move some of the vehicles that are driven into the map and abandon :)

Most servers have 30 min + warnings that a restart is going to occur during the last 15 minutes is the best time to land all air vehicles and ensure this does not happen to you. I'm sorry to hear you are throwing in the towel but you might get the hankering to return. You can also try contacting the admin to advise him you were placed into the debug plain after the restart they may be able to fix your character.

Keep in mind that DayZ is yet a game. I always pick up car tires for my bag so if i find a car with a broken tire i can fix it. Carrying them with hands even would be a pain it you find a car with one broken part 1000 km from anywhere. Just an oppinion EDIT: What i mean is that we cant make fixing vehicles very hard with a million different items to do it. Vehicle Parts don't need to be nerfed in any way because finding the parts is the real problem

I've made several modifications to my Chernarus server and changed hosts for security reasons to increase server uptime for a better experience. Because my Chernarus server has a.i in it I've opted to start players out with a basic Pistol for their protection. If you're a fresh Bambi or Survivor/Hero please do not shoot on sight at Hero NPC's otherwise you'll lose Humanity and they will begin to shoot back eventually unless you plan on being a Bandit that is. All Bandit a.i will shoot on sight regardless. Hello all, I am Puppetmaster11 (-MCD- Dave in game) and I am a member of the Murder City Devils. We have been playing dayz for two years now and origins for a few months and we were on a great server, however the admins became inactive and the server was no longer being reset. We then found out that the server was closing, so what do you do? Do you start over again on another server and hope that it doesn't meet the same fate? We decided that was not the best option, why not start our own server where we know the admins are going to be fair and active and also give us the security that the server will not be closing. So that is what we have done, we are running a 40 man server based out of Dallas it will be a whitelisted server with no restrictions on joining provided you go to the website and register via the recruit tab. We have posted the rules in the forums section for you to look over should you decide to join, we will be enforcing the rules on the forums kicks and bans will be handed out fairly. Hey, I found a motorbike in Dayz and there was a option to carry it. So when I clicked it, I could only walk around with the motorbike in front of me. There wasn't an option to drop the motorbike. Only load into vehicle. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You can repair and refuel all vehicles using a SQL command. Between restarts just run this UPDATE instance_vehicle SET fuel=1, damage=0, parts = '[]' On the next restart all vehicles will be fully fueled and repaired :) If you want all future vehicles to spawn with full health just do this UPDATE vehicle SET damage_min=0, damage_max=0

Hey there fellas ! I'm not certainly sure this is the right place for me to ask for help but i guess its worth the try ! I'm running a dayz server with a friend of mine & we are struggling with some of the settings our players would like to be implemented. The first thing is we would like to spawn all our vehicles fully repaired, we figured out it works if we just change the database entry from 0 to 1 in the fully repaired section, but this needs one of us to be present at the time the restart is happening and thats not allways the case, so we tried to find some script that does that for us but we're helplessly lost. So this is the one thing we're searching help for... The next thing is that our server is playing the map lingor and people keep complaining about the low spawnrate of tents, is there a way to increase the spawnrate of just 1 specific gear part ? If so i would be really happy for a lil hint how to do it... so yeah thats the two major problems we got and i would really appreciate any help you have to offer and im sorry if this is not the right section for questions. thx for reading so far

Not really that useful, on restart all those vehicles and buildings that they have added in will vanish. And more so people who "steal" vehicles from the admins would be rather unhappy to find on restart teir vehicles have been deleted.

Yea the admin on the private hive I play on decided to place one on the big hill NW of Berezino a couple of weeks ago, I think its a template off the internet / borrowed from another mod because it sounds exactly like yours. I couldnt find a way into it either and the only way I watched ppl get inside was to spawn inside it or land in a heli. I see it was a UK server like the one I play on, did it have '45 vehicles' 'gmt-5' and 'beginners welcome' in the desc?
