Try the bmrf dayzero servers. I just started with them a while ago, and im a regular now.. their good servers, which almost always has good fps. Dayzero is basically vanilla but a bit better. No retarded 500 car, self blood bag, spawn fully geared crap.. And they also have a few 1st person only servers which are freaky as fuck to play on.. All you gotta do is sign up on their forum page and click on the link they send to your email and you'll be white listed..

This is looking very awesome! Wicked dev blog, just makes me want to play the mod even more. But I wonder, when you equip a destroyed item, like say a hoodie, can you still store items in that hoodie? I wouldn't see why not..

Hey all.. New to DayZ, been playing for about a week and a half, and I must say, definitely one of the best if not the best game I have ever played.. Been looking for a game like this for a long time. Yes its a little glitchy, but it is still in alpha, even still, so much potential, cant wait for the stand alone... Any who, back to my title, the other day I was playing, and think I was running through Pavlovo, looting and what not.. Came running out of a cabin with a few zeds on me.. all of a sudden the screen goes black, and when it comes back a few seconds later, I was on the roof and couldn't moooove very fast, I zoomed out into 3rd person, and BAM! I'm a cow, haha.. It was fucked, I fell off the roof, and the zeds were still after me, all I could do was try to trot away from them.. Eventually 'ol bessy succumbed to several bites and scratches..

I am a hero and usually dont shoot on sight, but I have had so many bad experiences getting killed by other players, I feel bad, again I'm sorry guy...

Hey guys, so I was playing this morning before work, went to check out the NE Airfield and there was this guy in a ghillie just standing outside the control tower with an AS50 on his back and holding an M9SD.. So first off I unload my clip into his head to see if I could kill him.. Nothing, blood spurts out, but there he still stands.. So I try to loot him.. Mwhahaha sure enough, I rape his rigor mortis vertical body... This guy is loaded! I make two trips from him, getting his AS50, lots of ammo, M9SD, range finder, NVG's, coyote backpack, satchel charges, and a M249 SAW... needless to say I was very excited, but also freaked out.. was it a trap? Just a weird glitch? He also had what I think is hacked items: laser marker, and a radio?.. I took them and stored em in my tent, not knowing what to do with it or if I would get banned for having it... Anyone ever see this situation before?

Haha for sure phobus, I am addicted... I have a great job, and when I'm done my work, sometimes I even get paid to play DayZ... There's nothing sweeter then getting paid to kill Zed's..

Nope.. I jinxed myself.. Got 30 mins in that time, then the oh familiar "You have been kicked from game".......... Sigh........

I was getting kicked while in game for about 5-15 mins of reg game play... dont wanna speak too soon, but playing now for 20 mins and so far so good.... all tho i probly just jinxed myself, and then again for saying jinxed.. haha

Having the same issue... going on for about a week now, so frustrating.. i was playing dayz on my normal server for a few weeks, then it seemed as soon as i updated to the newest beta for Arma 2, everything went to shit.. Now I can only play between 5-15 mins before i get, "you were kicked from game"... thats it, but my buddy i usually play with gets the error msg on his screen, "Joshua has been kicked for signature check time out".... he has not updated to the newest beta, and he is having no problems whatsoever... I have scoured alot of forums and info on the web, tried everything all of them suggested, completely uninstalled and reinstalled both Arma 2 and OA, used steam to verify integrity of file cache, downgraded to previous beta, tried different servers.... sigh, somebody must have a fix for this issue, glad to see its not just me, seems to be alot of people out there having this issue, this is by far my favorite game, and i even spent a good 500 bucks just upgrading my comp, to get the Arma engine to shine... Just want to get back to living in the wastes.....

Hey heroes! I was alive for my longest stretch, 7 days! It was awesome, but i died at the NW Airfield, killed by 2 Z'eds.. quite pathetic.. Anywho, I spawned at the coast and found a dead guy with like everything i needed.. So I have no need for the items on my dead body. This is not a trap I am a hero, Please take advantage of this great gear. Server: US 1534, Coords are: 046, 057... This is the gear on my body: -czech backpack -watch -toolbox -rangefinder -map -m9sd -hunting knife -hatchet -gps -military flashlight -entrenching tool -compass -matches -mophine -food -badages -5 clips of stanag -and an akm Get there fast, im not even on that sever anymore..
