Thanks! :-) I know its taking long, I had a few personal issues to deal with the past few months back at it again I am totally revamping the style of it, with a totally different workflow so I can control the lighting in all the scenes to give it a real moody feel. I found eps 1 too rushed with mistakes, not gonna be like that in this eps

Pointless thread

That was pretty good. What i really liked about this video is that you kinda did something challenging in the editor. Getting all those zombies in without frame drops can be challenging with someone who doesn't have a good computer. My only issue is, be easy on the pitch of the voice acting, it was too much. It made it hard to understand, at least on a mobile. Overall, really great!

Really wanted to watch this but not available on mobile. Oh well. Might want to look into royalty free music

It was pretty good, although i felt it really dragged a bit. That whole helicopter scene could have been way shorter, but it was better than a lot of the other cinematics out there. I really wish it had some dialogue but Its really hard to do it convincingly. But all in all a great effort.

I honestly believe they wont release mod tools for dayz SA. Its like a switch, its either on or off. What I would love to see is a separate app to do cinematics or modding and even charge for the app. Then one could test their creations without the use of SA. Then everyones happy. Waiting a year or more for mod tools that "may" come out puts a sour taste in my mouth, only because i have heard this all before. All is not lost though, at least people have arma 3 to mod with. Also, i am still excited for the SA and cant wait to play it.

Love reading the stories, and then you have the people who are not interested in Green Mountain and try to derail this thread. We all know its a video game, just let people enjoy the fear that place brings.

Whoops, my mistake, i should have read what you said better. Now that i know its gonna be live action. You have to do this at night with a flare. Love that kind of mood and plus the makeup will look better with some darkness. Good luck with it In regards to the thumbs, thats the way it is on here. I prefer it that way as i usually browse sites on my phone and do not want to wait for images to load up.

Looking good, i wish i did some story board layouts with my current project which is also a horror short (check out my vids on youtube and search for nnuuvids). Are you doing this strictly with the editor? Or are you filming it on a server in game? Reason i ask is cause your story boards show a flare being used. I can not for the life of me get DayZ flares to work in the editor. If you need any help with the editor, give me a shout.

Ok, if you made it for yourself and your friends then why did you make it public? You made it public, therefore you made it for all. Which gave us the opportunity to comment on it, if you can't accept criticism, make you vids private and share them with you friends. Otherwise deal with it.

No you cant win all the time, but you got some interesting feedback to suggest what kind of vids to upload. Butt hurt fa**ots? You posted a video up which did not get positive reviews, instead of calling people butt hurt, you should take the feedback and produce something better than vids of you sniping fresh spawns, like the side chat vid you made. Honestly, did not see anyone butt hurt but yourself. I am not trying to start shit with you BTW and hope to see some more of those side chat vids cause you are on to something and before you know it, others will start making them.

Yeah not a very good rendition. He totally did not capture it the way its supposed to be. At first I thought why would you say he is hacking, you can easily achieve this with the arma editor. But then i noticed his debug monitor and now i agree with your statement.
