First of all, I would like to point out how sad, yet ironic, it is that you chose to so childishly and moronically insult me because of my opinion in such an immature and obviously unintelligent homophobic way. As if that was not enough failure on your part, you then rather ironically proceeded to call me a "little kid” which is funny because, after all, if there were anyone here who was acting like a “little kid” they would of course, no doubt, be you. Now that I’ve helped you realize how immature and obviously unintelligent you are, I would like to say that, well, you are very wrong. Yes, there are consequences to not obeying rules, but let’s please realize that DayZ is not even a game. It’s a mod FOR a game and therefore these overly restrictive rules that prevent people who PAY for their own servers from doing what they want to do are idiotic and rude to be honest. I mean, the rules are so restrictive that server admins can't even kick someone for cheating unless they have 1000% proof which means they have to stop what they are doing, check scripts, find camps, and do loads of other stupid things just to use powers they pay for in the first place. Also its important to note that server admins and owners do have plenty of control over their servers. They are just not allowed to use any of that power because its considered "admin abuse" and all of the 12 year olds like you run screaming to this forum when something as simple as an unannounced restart happens. Anyway, I know this post has gotten a bit off topic, but when I see "little kids" like you spouting bullshit I tend to get annoyed.

I don't understand where in the DayZ Server rules it says, "Server admins are NEVER EVER EVER EVER NEVER allowed to shut down their servers for ANY reason... OR WE WILL COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND KILL YOU!!!11^^!!11@!" I've looked around and the only thing I could find was the rule about locking servers. Shutting down a server because it cannot be policed or watched by its admins is in no way harmful to other players. If anything it actually proves the admins care about their players and want to protect their player's camps and investments. I mean, how would you feel if you logged on one day and you're camp got destroyed because some hacker decided to go on a rampage at 7:00am and no one was there to stop him? I would be much more annoyed then I would be if I was simply not allowed to play at crazy times of the day in the morning.

And? I still don't get it. Whats wrong with stockpiling gear? You don't have to be a server owner or a hopper to log into a nighttime veteran server (which usually have only one or two other players on) and harvest epic loot from crashsites, barracks, and so on. Also, how does one player having better gear negatively affect other players? Is it because he isn't sharing or something? Sure he might find a couple nice guns and some ammo while he plays by himself, but what makes his nice gun any more dangerous then your gun if hes not paying attention, or doesn't see you first? Gear is only as good as the player is... and if the player is not good enough to get gear on their own, chances are they wont be lasting too long with it.

LOL... Are you really equating an antisocial server owner to a robber? That makes no sense whatsoever. How is this guy locking a server that he pays for affecting you, or anyone else, in a negative way? Yeah, of course you call the police when you see a robber robbing a store. The store owner, as well as the people in the store, are being affected in a negative way. This guy locking a server he OWNS and that NO ONE else pays for or has really any ties to does not affect anyone in a negative way in any way shape or form. So why spend more than 20 seconds of your life thinking about it? Find another server, or buy your own.

You guys are honestly hilarious... These servers are paid for and run by individual people. I personally think its ridiculous to tell server owners how to operate a server they pay for and run with their own time and money. If you honestly feel so unimportant in real life that the only way you feel that you can make a difference in the world is by reporting people for trivial things they do on THEIR own server on THEIR own time then... well... I really feel bad for you. Yeah its annoying seeing a locked server, but is it really so annoying that you have to stop what you're doing, open another page, and waste 15 minutes of your life that could have been spent finding another server and enjoying the game? Is it really so important to feel the pride in knowing that all the money and time that server owner spent on their server just went down the drain all because you got mad? Lets just play DayZ and be happy.
