Arma 3 it's too expensive right now. In my opinion you should get Arma3 if you are an Arma fan and plan to play all the campaigns, maps, coop and single player missions. Do not buy Arma3 for some unofficial modifications, not worth it. Any way "Zombies* for Arma3 does suck, Breaking point it's a better choice (3 map, more stable servers, Z are not so bad). 2017 is on the way and it looks really good. In my opinion, you should opt for Arma 2, it's still a good game (bugs and engine limitations apart) and have a lot of awesome mods (all Dayz mod modifications, wasteland, ecc ecc). I love DayzSA but I still playing more Dayz mod, just because it's more complete for now and you have more stuff to do, maps to try, awesome servers and groups. By playing Dayzmod you can also better understand how DAYZSA is a step forward and how the Dev team is doing an amazing job in the SA.

I love the new Z, the speed and damage they deal now sounds good. The Z spawn need to be fixed, will be nice that they spawn far away from where you are. Maybe the aggro distance should to be tested and fixed a little, sometimes they can aggro at you even when you are really in "stealth mode". When the "glitch trough object, buildings" is fixed I hope to see big hordes of Z around the city, so people need to cooperate if they wanna clear a city and find loot. Another issue will be at this point spawn: they need to spawn after a while outside a cleared area, not right where you just get rid of them. es: you cleared a little city, after a while you see a groups of Z coming from the forest, going in the cleared area direction

You can try this fix too (worked for some people). Try to exit-reopen STEAM. Verify the game cache too (I had like 105 corrupted files after the update). After the validation I didn't had any problem to join servers (hardcore and regular). To me, the game run smoother than before, a little lag in the first minutes but everything works fine after. I'm playing in EU servers, I tried to join 6 different servers, no problem at all. (playing in stable branch). Hope it can help

Never. I love DAYZ mod, I still mainly play the mod and sometimes a little bit the SA. The SA for me is a work in progress, it's there to test it, report bugs and see the developpment process. I try to don't spend too much time on it, just becasue there is the risk to get bored. I hope to see more and more fixes, game mechanics added, for really start to play the SA. People who spend hundred of hours and claim to be bored or sick of the game don't understand the concept of early alpha stage. You can't complain right now, wait one year, and if the majority of the game mechanics are not there yet, Zombies are not dangerous, spawn are not fixed and the game still have major issues, you can start to really complain about it. Right now, in my opinion, the game developpment it's going well. Of course I wish to been able to play the complete and finished game right away but it takes time, in the mean time I play the mods, try new ones, paly others games and come back to the SA time to time to test the new stuff added,report new bugs and discuss in the forum.

If you can't wait for have more money, you should, in any case, consider to build your own PC. I see a big difference between kos players and bandits. bandits can be friendly but if they need stuff they will rob you, terrorize you or just torture you a little. es: yesterday 3 guy approached me, they were fully equipped. They made me take off all my stuff, made me sing songs and at the end they took blood for me and let me there with nothing. They were good Rp playesr, the experience was exceptional and they were clearly "good bandit". Getting killed in the game is part of the experience, I just hope to see more "good Rp bandits" than kos players that just shot you because they can.

They should add the server time in server browser, so people can decide if play during day or night. Some people like night , some day, some like to be surprised. For testing purpose, it's stupid that the majority of people can find and play just night servers at the beginning, should be the other way around.. People need to see the beautiful graphic enhancements, see the new places, buildings, all the beautiful stuff they added. The majority of people work or study during the day, so they can only play during the evening or night. If the servers are all tied to the time of the server geographic position, that means that the majority of people will have the possibility only to play during night time. Otherwise, like it's happening right now, people connect to servers based to the other side of the world to play in daytime and that result in bad ping, lag and desync. This is just stupid, especially at the beginning of the alpha, where people need to learn the new game mechanics and want to see all the new cool stuff they added

Some servers have day time, looks like the minority. There is some bugs, I think because, a lot of people are saying is based on server location but in reality doesn't really work that way. es: EU time: 2 am...... I joined Eu servers, US servers, AU servers and all were at night.

I don't mind night time in server but the majority of servers seems to be constatnly set to nighttime. The big problem is when you are trying to configure the keys, when you are trying to understand how the inventory works, ecc eccc due this tasks during night time can be really frustrating. We absolutley need the time in game in "server browser". In my opinion the time cycle is broken... I played yesterday night, this morning, this evening in Eu severs...all of them were in night time.

The born with bandit skin (humanity 0 or less),morphing to survivor after some times with backpack reset (your backpack reset to coyote patrol and you lose your items in it) it's a known Bug ( http://www.dayzwiki.com/wiki/Known_Bugs ) Any way the other day i tried to (with dayz commander) rollback to dayz 1.7.2.4, join a server and after reinstall dayz 1.7.2.5.After i did that my humanity went back to normal, no more morphing backpack bug, and now when I die I respawn with the right Humanity, the one I had before die (no more 0 or less humanity). If you have -3000 humanity, because of the bug, after the "fix" you respawn with that amount but you regan humanity in a more "normal way", you change the skin but without the morphing revert backpack bug. I don't know if it's a real solution to this bug but for me it worked, for now. I died several time, join different servers and all it's back to normal.

Nice to know DANNYZ, I really love the server, there is a lot of nice gamers, fun people, and it's a shame that sometimes script kiddies just ruin the game for everyone.

3 day ago I started to spawn, after i died, with 0 or less humanity and bandit skin (no bacpack visible but still there). After a wile, just running and loot, my humanity restart to increase, my skin change back to normal (first person glitch ecc) and my backpack revert to coyote patrol, even if I found another one, and all my stuff in backpack are gone. That happends to me every time (tried differents servers, uninstall and reinstall the game, nothing). Every time that I died now, I have to run around for like 10-15 min for thing to get normal again, plus I can't use the backpack and with a bandit skin I get shot a lot; this is really frustrating!!!!!!! anyone now if it is just a bug?, can we do something? should i just suck it up? thx
