I had a friend who hacked once, wasn't a rager but he just got bored i guess. Hell, i was bored too. Your friend gets a global ban eventually. And so far battleye has just fucked up perma banning once.

Had the same thing happen to me, although i lost everything on each log in. Roll back to 2.4 or avoid until the stand alone.

Just uninstall/reinstall on steam. Also be sure to run both arma 2 and oa. If that fails, then it sounds like a speific file was fucked up, and i'd probably just google for the same issue/ look for a cyber repair dude on a tech forum.

In a normal game i'd call hacking. But this game is just a complete fucking mess sometimes, so im 99.9999999999% certain its just a server fart.

Just sounds like immarturity in a realistic/survival game. And the "CoD player = KID" is just the most overused stereotype.

I'm just worried that, alright, you focus your effort on the standalone....just to have the same problems that plagued the mod to begin with. (Triangle rape, horrible zombies, Loot vanishing logging in) All gamebreaking. Also, rocket said "minecraft style release" this worries me. Because ask any minecraft fan "whats wrong?" They'll say that the game is all over the place. Thats because all notch did was take peoples mods and add them in. It doesn't know what the fuck it wants to be. I doubt bohemia would just add mods, but after seeing the great patch of "NEWWWW OUTFITS" I'm not to sure.

Sure the mod is free, but arma 2 at best during the summer sale was still 19 bucks. And considering this triangle rape glitch has been around for nearly a month, its understandable. Even worse, the big solution was "new outfits" and "we working on another game" (Dayz standalone)

I don't really hunt bandits in cities, but search the north/north-east elektro hills. Thats where the bored ones are.

Dayz commander eh...I used it once for one server because i heard it was superior. About 8 hackers and no admins, on top of it it somehow ruined my BE for six-launcher.

The big problem is bandits are...bandits. I'd also be surprised if survivors get organized to this point. Unless its a hive server with very watchful guards/admins (for hackers) I don't see them doing half of that stuff. Trade areas? Easily destroyed by one or two guys with some grenades. Bandits don't need to be organized, just ballsy.

I found an untouched copter on Skalitsky island and it had a ghille, antibiotics, a pleothora of guns and bloodbags/morphine. I'd say searching around for copters is better then anything else for fat loots.

Helps barely compared to the bandit skin, but i still get shot on sight.

Ah, i would lag badly on EU servers, GL with your group though.

I'll trade you a ghillie for NVGs.
