uninstalled both the game and battleye and did a fresh steam install of both

finished downloading and installing yesterday, logged into the server my friends are playing on and saw i was stuck with my lame computer name. didn't feel like dealing with it at 3 AM so i logged off for the night. woke up this morning all ready to play, looked how to change display name, changed it, then attempted to log in only to get this error.

bump, its not error 40 or 98 or any other others, i seem to be the only one that this specific error
