I agree with the shower room but that can be dealt with easily if you know there is somebody inside it. On the other hand if they camp on top of the stairs 2nd floor of the prison building, you still have the chance to check through the windows and see if the defender made a mistake.

I'm just pointing out what I feel is an obvious thing to say at the game current's state wich is ALPHA and that means things can be changed. I Feel that building has to be changed for, IMHO, obvious reasons. At least they removed the prison building out of the NEAF because before, all the game's newcomers would just die to campers inside those buildings. Same with balota before the spawns were removed from that location. I feel it's poor design and mechanics that even if you take all possible precautions before entering a building (like checking corners with 3rd person or trying to see through the windows), you will die 80% of the time if a player is camping the main entrance or the stairs. Sure this is all realistic bla bla bla but it still is a game wich is supposed to be fun. I played since the first days of the mod, died countless times to bugs etc. I don't care if I die to a bug now, or to a poor mechanic etc BUT maybe other players don't feel the same way. I'm not suggesting a complete revamp of the building, 1 single window is what I think that would enhance the building in a great measure. I don't agree with you when u said that the attacker has a bigger advantage using 3rd person since you can't "bend" the camera to see what's behind corners in a long enough corridor. There are 2 or 3 steps on the stair before entering the building wich "stagger" your character even if you don't want to stop. After going through that stair you still have to press again W x2 for your character to keep sprinting and be able to "rush" your opponent if you want to have a surprise effect or maybe test his reaction time. You can't rush because of that. If the defender feels threatened he can just log off very easily too... Btw, I love all this trolly criticism to me from other posters (OP) for pointing out possible bad features in an ALPHA. Gr8 community, 10/10

Haha this would be awesome, we have a friend on our squad wich is kinda "bad" on PvP compared to the rest of us and he is very aware of this and he is willing to be the bait for us. We used to play WoW so we call him the tank lol. My dream is he wearing ballistic helmet+press vest/ballistic vest+riot shield xD

The ATC has the external ladder for example, something you actually need to take care of if you are defending and there are a pair of windows, one of them behind the main stairs wich you can try to use to eliminate the guy camped on the stairs. The fire station has the 3 big doors and a small one apart from the external ladders where you can get some vision of what's happening inside of the tower through the windows. The supermarket has the back doors, the window and the main entrance. The buildings in arma3 are all designed so you can't be safe in one place looking at one way. I'm not going to say the barracks since being inside them it's suicide if there is any1 outside. The thing about the camo/prison building is that A SINGLE PERSON can defend it completely without worrying about being backstabbed no probs

Yeah sure this building has lots of sandbags/spiked wire around it to make it more defensive, totally intentional... Oh and the computer room on the 1st floor is also very military dude, they surprisingly spawn military loot for some weirdo reason. And I'm saying this is extremely overpowered on 3rd person servers, not so much on 1st person servers as you can't abuse the camera to peek out at the exact moment. -"uh then go play hardcore nub" No need to respond now.

The bug I pointed out was the sudden stop/speed reduction when entering a building or on some terrain variations. I'm not pointing out the risk of being trapped inside, actually the opposite to that, I'm trying to say that building is way too dull and offers very very low excitement combats (since it goes all down to patience battle) and very very low succes rate for the more offensive players.

The way they are doing the weapons and the armor, the clothing etc all of them have a balance point into them. If they were fool or not that is not my problem but I would have done the same since, atm there is nothing to do but the very occasional PvP, opportunity they didn't want to waste.

I didn't understand neither from you nor from the original guy who said that balancing the map would make it dull. Why does adding a 2nd entrance or a pair of extra windows make the map dull? :/

If only there were windows to the 1st floor corridor. Or do you mean the window of the 2nd floor? I can't think of many prison buildings that allow that since they are on the higher ground. They were called camo buildings back on the DayZ mod days, my fault.

Still that is pretty frustrating when you want PvP wich is what everyone was seeking in the engagement I described... Sure those kind of buildings can exist but since this game is looking for more balanced gameplay I feel like the design of that building doesn't come in place.

He could have been an old character so he kept his vest after logging in a long time. Same goes for the SKS+LRS

The mosin isn't accurate aswell and it's considered the only sniper rifle. M4 should be 100 times more accurate. -

So I was running around looking for that myth called tent when my char suddendly stops and throws my 10 kill fully decked AKM away. my love... It, of course, dissapeared after falling through the ground. This happened on the stable branch 3rd person, weapon equipped full sprint around a forest near devil's castle. I never pressed G at any given moment. When my character threw away the AKM it just fell through the ground without travelling any distance (right where my character was).

As I described, I never rolled with the gun pointed. Just running/sprinting with the gun on my hands, that's it.
